We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Digital Learning Solutions Manager with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Your role and responsibilities:
The key target is to increase the revenues of our digital learning business in line with the corporate and local business targets:
- Actively seek out and engage in customer prospects
- Lead and take part in local / international sales projects
- Manage customer projects in co-ordination with our digital learning teams
Preferably some years of experience in the learning and consultancy business with a focus on digital learning solutions is required. It will be of major benefit, if you have participated and managed international projects, since most of our customers are international companies and you will communicate and co-operate with our colleagues in several Mercuri International countries. For these reasons, you will also need to be fluent in English.
Experience with learning management systems and integrations with the systems of our customers is valuable. Furthermore, we appreciate if you have experience in learning pedagogics and if you have either used or offered both off-the-shelf and customized learning content.
Most important is that you have a great interest to take part in an international team offering the most advanced digital learning solutions in the market. You will need to have an assertive approach and highly focus on new business acquisition and customer retention.
